Your team sends a message through its usual chat. The AI checks the relevant records, prepares a report or request, and sends it to the person responsible for approval.
Ravi/ QC inspector
Example conversation in Manufacturing. Ravi, QC inspector, writes: Batch 4471: bore on 6 pcs measuring 25.03. Drawing says 25 H7.
The AI replies: That is 0.009 mm over the H7 limit of 25.021. I've drafted NCR-0318 for 6 pcs, linked DWG-2231 Rev C and sent it to Mei Ling in QA.
Records created: NCR-0318, Non-conformance: Bore Ø25 H7 over limit; DWG-2231, Drawing: Rev C linked to the NCR; QA-0318, Disposition: QA review.
