A few ground rules.

Free and voluntary

The Four Labs provides Workstyle free for adults aged 18 or older. By starting, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. Answer for yourself. You can skip, stop or delete your profile.

Use it for reflection

Results reflect saved answers, which may include labelled AI assistance, and may be incomplete or change over time. They do not diagnose a health condition, measure job ability or guarantee compatibility. Use your own judgement and discuss the results with the people involved.

Do not use this tool or its reports to make decisions about hiring, firing, promotion, admission, credit, insurance, health care or other consequential outcomes. Do not pressure anyone to take the assessment or share a code.

Respect other people

Use a sharing code only with its owner’s permission. Do not publish someone else’s report without agreement. Do not guess codes, scrape profiles, impersonate people, overload the service or bypass safeguards. We may limit or block abusive use.

Look after your codes

You are responsible for keeping your private recovery code safe. There is no account-based or email-only recovery. A person with the recovery code and matching email has the same access you do. Download anything you want to keep before deleting a profile.

Service and responsibility

We aim to keep the tool available, but access may be interrupted, limited or discontinued. The tool and its suggestions are provided as available, without a promise that results are accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, The Four Labs is not responsible for losses caused by relying on a report or by unauthorised sharing outside our control. These terms do not exclude responsibilities or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and questions

We date changes to these terms and the privacy notice. A new use of personal data that needs consent will require a new choice. Contact hello@thefourlabs.com about the tool or these terms.
